1. Program Overview

Resident Connex is a loyalty program designed for apartment residents in the local area. The program allows advertisers to offer promotions, discounts, and special offers from participating local businesses at their discretion.

2. Membership Eligibility

• Membership is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and current residents of participating apartment complexes.
• Only one membership per apartment unit is allowed.
• Membership is non-transferable and cannot be shared with other individuals.

3. Discounts and Offers

• Discounts and offers are provided at the sole discretion of participating advertisers and businesses.
• Advertisers reserve the right to modify, limit, or cancel any discount or offer without prior notice.
• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers unless explicitly stated.
• Members must present their Resident Connex membership card or digital ID to receive discounts or offers.
• Resident Connex is not responsible for types of discounts, special or offers.

4. Program Changes and Termination

• Resident Connex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time with 30 days' notice to active members.

5. Membership Cancellation

• Resident members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting Resident Connex customer service.
• Upon cancellation, all accumulated benefits will be forfeited.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

• Resident Connex collects and uses member information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
• By participating in the program, members consent to the collection and use of their personal data for program administration and marketing purposes. We do not sell or share your information.

7. Limitations of Liability

• Resident Connex is not responsible for the quality of products or services provided by participating businesses.
• Resident Connex is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of discounts or offers provided through the program.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hennepin County. By participating in the Resident Connex loyalty program, members agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
